3 Days, 3 Quotes Tag – Day Three

Copy of Copy of 3 Days 3 Quotes Tag

It’s my final day of the 3 Days, 3 Quotes Tag and today I’m going to share a quote from a book that is really special to me. It may be the shortest quote I’ve included but I think it’s the most poignant. These meant a huge amount to me when I was a teenager and I’m excited to finish the tag with them.

“So, this is my life. And I want you to know that I am both happy and sad and I’m still trying to figure out how that could be.”

– The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky

Perks is my favourite book and really means a lot to me. I read this book whilst I was in sixth form and my life was changing a lot so this book came to me at the right time. It’s one of those novels that will always be able to explain everything. It will always be there when you need it. I think lots of us have probably related to this quote at some point and I’ll certainly carry it with me forever.

Thank you to everyone who has read my quotes for the last three days. I’ve really enjoyed participating in this tag so thank you again to Anatomy of a Book Thief for tagging me. I’m going to nominate a few people whose quotes I’d love to read so feel free to do this if you’d like!
